Farm Experience Internship (FEI) 2026
👩🏽🌾FEI 2026 is real! Coming summer, Boerengroep organizes the Farm Experience Internship (FEI) again and we hope you want to leave the classrooms to learn and discover agroeoclogy together with us. In this 4 week course (6ECTS), we will start with a Wageningen based week in which we we dive into agroecology as a movement, a science and a practice, including workshops, excursions, fun, food and more. In week 2 and 3 you have the chance to volunteer at an agroecological farm and in week 4 we will reflect on our learnings, share the knowledge we gained and have more workshops in Wageningen. 🐮 📅When: July 13 - August 7. 📍Where: Week 1 & 4 in Wageningen, week 2 & 3 in a farm. 🧑🏽🌾For who: Students and non-students. Bike Excursion - StreekWaar
Hey everyone! Boerengroep is organizing a ~13 km bike excursion through 6 StreekWaar locations. StreekWaar is a network of local food producers working with agroecological principles 🚲🌱 We’ll head out on Saturday, June 6th, starting from the StreekWaar market stall at 11:30 and finishing around 15:00. Afterwards, we’ll wrap up the day together at Stadsbrouwerij Wageningen ☀️ Hope you can join for a fun day of cycling and local food!
Bike Excursion: Veld & Beek
Hey everyone! Boerengroep is organizing a bike excursion to Veld & Beek, a biodynamic farm in Doorwerth 🧀🥕🥖 We’ll go Thursday, May 14th (Ascension Day - no classes) and help with dairy processing and garden work, get a tour, and hear from the farmer 🌿 We leave at 9:15 from the Clockhouse bike parking and expect to be back around 17:00.
